Shipping Policy
All costs are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. We ship our products worldwide with PostNL. Any taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer when ordering internationally. All House of Useless items are shipped once your handmade product is ready. We aim to complete your product within 4 - 6 weeks.

Exchange Policy
Dear Customer, We’re sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations. Returning clothing items is possible (unless otherwise indicated). Unfortunately, accessories such as phone straps, headbands, and bags cannot be returned. The warranty for accessories is valid for 3 months from the date of receiving your order. We offer a refresh package in our webshop, where we repair and clean the accessory.

Sale items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if we have the item still in stock.

Important: Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please complete the return form in full and include it with your return shipment. This helps us process your return quickly and smoothly. Please note, sale items cannot be returned.

Download the return form. Fill in all fields completely, so we can process your return quickly. -
Pack Your Items Carefully
Place the unworn and unwashed items (including tags and original packaging) along with the completed return form in the box. Make sure everything is well-packed to ensure the products arrive in perfect condition. -
Send Your Package to Us
Important: Always keep the proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed by us! -
Processing Your Return
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items. Within 5-7 business days after receipt, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will process your refund. Please note that the shipping costs for the return will not be reimbursed unless there was a mistake on our part. -
